It's the 8th student-built home constructed through the Columbia Basin Student Homebuilders Program.

All the students worked together to complete the construction of the 2022 residence. They were involved from start to completion of the project.

Several community business partners supported the students from the original concept and design to all of the construction and landscaping of the home.
