Here's how the Columbia Cup will be run

The event brings over 65,000 spectators to watch the hydroplanes and airplanes in the air but this year it's not going to happen due to the lingering effects of the pandemic.

Organizers didn't elaborate with a lot of specific details, but said the Columbia Cup cannot run as it 'normally' would under Phase 3 conditions.
