The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued an official warning about the One-Ring Scam. They’ve identified the area codes that are most likely to be involved.

The men pictured here are the suspects in a credit card skimming case that took place March 11th at a Richland Shell gas station on Williams Blvd. The suspects are believed to have stayed a local motel between the dates of March 10th and March 14th and to have been driving a late model Jeep Liberty, maroon in color...

I don't know about you, but I get dozens of Facebook friend requests each week. I assume it is because I'm on the radio however according to an Information Systems Professor, that is NOT the case.

The BBB reminds sports fans that scammers don't just try to steal people's identity, they also prey upon those who are urgently seeking sports tickets. A number of Northwest residents have already been stung by scams.
