The NFL season is done for 2019 but anyone who remembers 2012 will remember this amazing 67-yard field goal kick from a Washington teen. It's an amazing feat and it was all caught on video.
Tri-City officials are happy because the Mid-Columbia Conference will be getting another 3A competitor. Hermiston officials are happy because their athletes won't be living on a bus for 3 weeks out of the year. Hermiston will become the first out-of-state school to ever join the WIAA and compete in Washington sports.
All the necessary pieces appear to be in place, now it's likely just up to the OSAA (Oregon Schools Activities Association) to determine if Hermiston will move North sports-wise and join the Mid Columbia Conference.

The Seattle Seahawks have some of the best players and great attitudes in the history of any NFL team. They also have some of the best fans in the world -- just ask a Seahawks fan. The Hawks have some amazing musical support! So what song will define the 2015 season?

This important free event is for parents, coaches, medical professionals, and anyone who wants to learn more about this growing issue.
Kadlec Regional Medical Center invites all parents of children, youth, or teens who play sports to attend this important event on how to prevent and properly deal with concussions in sports.
This was tough to watch at first but I was laughing by the end because my Super Bowl party looked similar. Audio is not for all ears turn down your monitor if you're at work. Go Hawks!
