Take a YouTube ride and see what you're in for:

Stunt Pilot is a steel roller coaster, a single-rail Raptor model whose rider sits in a cockpit replica of a Pitts Special Biplane. It's a direct homage to Silverwood's daily air shows of the past.

After climbing 105 feet into the sky, during your dive to Earth below you'll experience hairpin turns, aerobatic maneuvers and 3, count 'em three inversions in about 60 seconds, as the coaster zips through obstacles simulating what a stunt pilot must have felt when performing back in the late 80's to mid-90's, before safely returning back to the hangar.

The ride was manufactured by Rocky Mountain Construction, headquartered 20 minutes south of the park.

For 8 incredible years, 1988 to 1996, Silverwood was the only theme park in the world to feature daily air shows for its guests. However, due to some close calls, and a tragic air show crash in Spokane, it was decided the Silverwood Air Show would be permanently grounded in 1996

Before the roller coasters and water slides dominated the skies of Silverwood, there was a train, a small village, and planes. As visitors sat on the Main Street Lawn, they would watch vintage airplanes loop through the air and perform death-defying maneuvers at breakneck speeds.

In 2021, that feeling is back again.

Read on, ride lovers, for rankings of attractions that you may not have known about at Silverwood's theme park brethren, Disneyland.

LOOK: Here are the 50 best beach towns in America

Every beach town has its share of pluses and minuses, which got us thinking about what makes a beach town the best one to live in. To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.
