Weather Alert: Wind, Dust and Mayhem Coming This Weekend
The weather guru's at the National Weather Center in Pendleton say enjoy today's lovely weather today because big changes are coming to the Columbia Basin beginning tomorrow

On Friday a big change is on the way. Temperatures will be ahead of a strong cold front in the morning and early afternoon. Temperatures will be quite mild for the time of year with maximum readings mostly in the 60s to around 70 in the lower elevations and mid-50s to mid-60s in the mountains. The biggest concern on Friday will be increasing afternoon winds. At this time maximum winds gusts are expected to be from 30 to 40 mph with sustained winds mostly from 20 to 30 mph.
So batten down the hatches especially trampolines and trash cans!
