Well, Michael Bennett is an Eagle, and Richard Sherman is a 49er...what is next for the Seahawks off-season?

The Seahawks have large needs now that free agency begins in a couple days officially. If you look closely, there are some online clues to the Seahawks plans at work.

First, Sunday morning receiver Doug Baldwin tweeted this strange message.

What does it mean? I might just be the reality of his longtime friend Sherman not being a part of the Seahawks anymore. It might also mean something we haven't heard yet. Is Doug Baldwin leaving the Seahawks? I hope not, but I am watching this closely.

Then this morning, there was this:

With Bennett gone and Sheldon Richardson being expensive to sign, Suh may be the direction the Seahawks are looking to sure up the defensive line. The Seahawks really need to find an answer especially since they are not sure if Avril will be back.

Last week Cliff Avril said he is a few day from finding out from his doctors if he can play. That means we should find out shortly if the Seahawks need to replace him also. They could gain $7 in cape space if he retires. I hope he is cleared to play instead.

The running-back position will see multiple players traded in free agency. Jonathan Stewart from the Panthers has already had conversations with the Seahawks. Adrian Peterson was just released from the Cardinals as well as Demarco Murray, Frank Gore from their teams. I feel the Seahawks will look to the draft however to sure up the back field behind Chris Carson instead of a veteran player.

The tight-end position is one we haven't had to look at for a while, but it looks like Jimmy Graham is about to leave. There are already rumors that Austin Seferian-Jenkins is looking to return home to Seattle after turning down a new offer from the Jets. The UW converted TE Will Dissly is available in the draft has made a big impression at the combine for a blocking TE.

Even with Fant returning I would still love to see at least one big move for the offensive line. With one of the worst OL lines in the NFL, the Seahawks have a new OL coach and could be set up to make a big move.

Whatever happens...Go Hawks!! Bring on 2018!
