NYC Frowns at Trojan’s Condom Cab

In New York, the Taxi and Limousine Commission was a little upset that they weren't notified of Trojan's new promotion: "Condom Cab."

The Condom Cab was a taxi service working from Greenwich Village and New York University to pick-up passengers from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. The rides were free and included a sex health quiz. It was a good deal for any person who needed a cab!

Neither Church & Dwight Co. Bran or Edelman (its public relations group) had made any contact with the commission. Back in August 2012 Trojan made a similar mistake doing a giveaway without the necessary permits. Is New York trying to protect you from being protected?
