Hermiston Peeps! Be on the Lookout For This Lowlife

I noticed a Facebook post from Tessa Kasandra McMurrick in Hermiston. Checkout this crazy story...

THIS MAN IS A SUSPECTED BURGLAR!
PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR HIM AND CALL 911 IF YOU SEE HIM.
The day before yesterday, we went back to our old house to host a moving sale, as we've been doing all week. When we arrived at the house, we found this man in our garage, going through our stuff. He had moved our riding lawnmower, which was brand new at the price of $1100. He also pooped in our garage toilet!!
We told him to leave, which he promptly did, on a red mountain bicycle. We made a police report for trespassing.
Today, our garage door has been totally ripped off and our lawn mower, along with a couple other VERY expensive things, are gone. We made another police report and thought we would never see him or our things again.
However, we were wrong.
As we were leaving walmart (me, my husband, and our two young boys, 2 and 10 months), we identified him walking in front of us on the crosswalk. We followed him to home depot, where we confronted him. I asked him, "hey, are you the one who stole our lawnmower?" immediately him and his friend showed signs of panic. I snapped these photos of him and the one in the photo threw a rock at our car, aiming for the backseat window where my kids were sitting. (He missed, thank god. He dented our door though)
They then both ran. He picked up another rock and tried to throw it at us, but missed. We called the police and they are now looking for him.
If you see him or know anything about him, please tell us or the police immediately.

I believe the fine people from the Hermiston police department would like to have a discussion with this guy about life choices...lets help out these poor folks.
