Courtney Love could be out of her house by the time Santa comes down the chimney according to The New York Post.

The widow of rocker Kurt Cobain has been missing monthly payments and damaging the property by doing her own renovations to the townhouse. Monthly rent on the townhome is $27,000 a month and my thoughts are at that price I should be able to do whatever I want.

Love is currently $54,000 behind on the $324,000 annual rent. A court date has been set for Dec. 21 in Manhattan’s civil court.
