Inappropriate Touching: Pasco Teacher on Leave for 2nd Time
For the second time this school year, a Pasco 4th grade teacher is on leave for alleged inappropriate touching.
The teacher, who's been on leave since mid-March, is accused of touching a student's belly, thighs, waist, and standing close to her while she was in class.
The parent of this student has heard similar stories from other parents at Edwin Markham Elementary School.
Rudy Hoglen was reportedly on leave earlier this school year, but the situation was most likely handled internally, as per the Franklin County Sheriff Jim Raymond.
There is an investigation ongoing. Sheriff Raymond says, "My understanding is that any alleged victims are safe."
