Man Steals $1,800 Bike from Kennewick Cycle Shop

Kennewick Police didn't say specifically when this theft occurred, but it's a felony big time.

Suspect makes off with $1,800 bike from cycle shop

The man pictured in these images is accused of taking a Riftzone 1 bike from the cycle shop, located in the 4700 block of West Clearwater Ave. in Kennewick.

That location is believed to be Markee's Cycle Shop, although police didn't say. It's the only bike shop in that area.

The man reportedly was looking around and left the business with the bike without paying.

   His theft will be a felony

We did a little searching online, and these Maroon Riftzone 1 bikes are listed by a variety of vendors as being at least $1,800 and up.  The model he took was exactly like the one pictured, it was grey silver, and black.
