The search continues for a missing 54-year-old woman, whose abandoned vehicle was found near Hanford.

We don't have a lot of background details yet, but Benton County Deputies have issued a missing person's report for Toni Rae Atchley (hometown not listed) who has not been seen by friends or relatives.

Benton County Deputies say they are still establishing the background and a timeline for her disappearance. The department says they have not been able to reach her and have reached out to those who may know her.

Her 2017 Toyota Carolla was found around 11 AM Sunday, July 24th,  it was abandoned along Highway 240 near Beloit St. which is close to the Hanford Rattlesnake gate. Inside the vehicle were her phone and personal effects.

The location is just over 15 miles northwest of West Richland on Highway 240.

Deputies say the car was fully operational and full of gas. No other details have been released, anyone who may know her, or has information about her whereabouts, you're urged to call (509)-628-0333.  We don't know if she has any medical conditions that may have contributed to her disappearance.
