Thursday evening a driver miraculously escaped serious injury (or even death) when they blew a stop sign and were blasted by a large truck.

The crash occurred at the intersection of NE Roza Road and W. Corral Creek Road, about two miles northwest of Benton City.

Despite being slammed into, and the car spinning across the road, the driver sustained only minor (but painful) injuries, police say, and was taken to an area hospital.

From the looks of the crash, the driver is lucky they didn't have anybody in the left rear seat. That's where the impact point was!

And all because they ran the stop sign and didn't look left, right and left again.
