Buckcherry have been wrapping up the recording of their forthcoming concept album called ‘Confessions,’ but took some time out to explain why the new song ‘Wherever I Go’ appears on the ‘Avengers Assemble’ disc and not their upcoming album.

Buckcherry have shared a minute-long audio clip of the song ‘Wherever I Go.’ The tune has prime placement on ‘Avengers Assemble,’ the soundtrack to ‘Marvel’s The Avengers,’ which is easily one of the most hyped and talked about action films of the summer.

System of a Down singer Serj Tankian has announced that he will release his third solo album, ‘Harakiri,’ on July 10. The disc will be preceded by the first single ‘Figure It Out,’ which is set to surface shortly.

They don’t have a singer and haven’t released a CD since 2007, but a new Velvet Revolver DVD is set to be released. ‘Let It Roll – Live In Germany’ will be in stores May 25.
