With their new disc ‘Days Go By’ out the next day, the Offspring got the party started early performing two songs on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ Monday evening (June 25).

Due in stores on June 26, the Offspring‘s latest album ‘Days Go By’ is now streaming in full at RollingStone.com. It’s the band’s ninth studio effort, and was produced by Bob Rock (Metallica, Motley Crue), who also produced their previous album, 2008‘s ‘Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace.’

The Offspring will finally return with their ‘Days Go By‘ album June 26, making it four years between records. That’s actually one year faster than the break between the last two records, but still is a long time for fans to wait.

In a recent video chat with TIME.com, Slash spoke about a variety of topics that are familiar to his longtime legion of fans, like his top hat and his relationship (or lack thereof) with Axl Rose. He also spoke about his two sons, and how he’d react and advise them if they chose to follow him into music as a career.

The Offspring, whose last release was 2008’s ‘Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace,’ have announced that they are currently wrapping up work on their ninth studio album and it will be called ‘Days Go By.’

California punk rockers The Offspring first began working on the follow-up to 2008′s ‘Rise, Fall, Rage and Grace’ in 2009, now comes word from frontman Dexter Holland that the long-awaited album is officially done.
