Alleged Child Groper Arrested by Pasco Police, Admits It’s a “Habit”
A 29-year-old man is in custody on an investigative hold for allegedly groping a child in the toy section at the Pasco Walmart.
James R. Harmon, of Pasco (he is formerly from Arkansas) was arrested, allegedly told police he admitted to groping the ten year old girl Monday, and said it was a "habit."
He is accused of grabbing the girl's bottom, then briefly reached into her crotch area. After she ran and told her mother, store security was able to ID him on security cameras based upon her description. He initially denied the accusation, then made his admission to officers. He's being held pm $20K bond, facing a 1st. Degree Child Molestation charge.
