According to The Guardian:

Hugh Hefner took his Playboy empire private in a deal that values the adult entertainment media business at $210m.

Hefner secured a deal worth $6.15 a share to regain control of Playboy Enterprises, which encompasses the monthly magazine, plus Playboy-branded TV and radio shows, casinos and merchandising
