A local weatherman is apologizing after receiving new information regarding historical snowfalls in the Tri-Cities. NBC's Monty Webb was previously given a record snowfall in Kennewick as being 24.6 inches. Webb was later given new information by NWS Pendleton, saying the 1955-56 snowfall amount was actually 34.3". So, we have a little ways to go still. As one Facebook user said, I'm satisfied with what we have! 23.8 inches of snow is a LOT!
