Prenup Shmenup, says Wes Scantlin’s Wife

TMZ reports that Jessica Nicole Scantlin the future ex-wife of Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin says she wants a california Judge to throw out the prenup she signed before getting married to the rockstar. Jessica claims that Wes forced her into signing the document back in 2008 before they got married knowing she couldn't say no because of her parents already large investment into the wedding.

Jessica and her attorney are suing to invalidate the document so she can get $PAID$. She's asking for "one-half interest of all past, present, and future revenues" generated by the music Wes created during the marriage.

Is she entitled to the money?
