Before Silver was making political predictions, he crunched sports statistics. He even developed the sabermetric system Player Empirical Comparison and Optimization Test Algorithm (PECOTA), a way to predict Major League Baseball player performance. Similar to what Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill used in the movie, 'Moneyball'.

This past weekend the Seattle Seahawks beat the Washington Redskins in a 24-14 victory to move on to Atlanta this Sunday. After all the drama tied to Richard Sherman and his legal battle with the NFL, he was mic'd up this past weekend.

January 7, 2013 The Bengals offense looked like pussy cats against the Texans, the Packers finally shut down Adrian Peterson to beat the Vikings, the Ravens managed to hold off the Colts, and as we all know, the Seahawks shocked the nation with a decisive win over the Redskins. It was definitely an entertaining weekend of football in the NFL.
Today, the QB's of the NFL and a few others took to social media to discuss the weekend. OK, it's not the actual players themselves conversing back and forth, but that is besides the point. This is hilarious!
