Kennewick Police say evidence was located, and there was damage, but they did not specify

Suspect was located and arrested in Stanfield, OR

Back on August 22nd, Kennewick Police and Benton County Deputies went to Circle K on a welfare check on a driver. The suspect awakened, fled on foot and fired shots during a chase.

Argument leads to shooting in Pasco

August 22nd, Kennewick Police and Benton County Deputies were called to the Circle K on Columbia Center Boulevard about an unresponsive man.

No one known to have been hit at this time.

Pasco PD believes incident is isolated, so far no threat to public.
