Pasco Homicide Suspect Located, Arrested After Altercation

Just after midnight Tuesday morning Pasco Police were called to the 1800 block of North 14th Ave. about an apparently domestic violence incident.

At the scene they found an unresponsive female victim, who unfortunately did not respond to CPR and was declared dead by Pasco EMS responders.

At the scene was also a suspect 30-year-old Giovanni Magaña of Pasco. From forensic evidence at the scene, Police arrested Magana, and he's facing a 72-hour investigative hold for 2nd Degree Murder.
