You can come hang out with me today from 1 to 3 p.m. at Warner Auto Sales in Kennewick. I want you to come so you'll say hi to me and keep me company. But listen, if you show up in a vehicle that looks like any of the ones below, you better stick around and do some shopping.

This past Memorial Day Weekend was a good one for me as I got the chance to not only spend time with my wife's family in Spokane but I got to play a golf course I've never played before with my brother in law who is a current member of the U.S. Air-force.

Today was the day not only myself was waiting for but quite a few others that live in the Tri-Cities and like to enjoy a good burger. The first Five Guys Burgers & Fries opened up at 11am today and I wasn't going to miss out on all the excitement.

I'm sure it is a little known fact that one of our very own 97 Rock on air personalities loves to bake. He's not even picky he'll bake just about anything. This is not something I just discovered today, it's something I've known for awhile. It's hard not to give into the temptation....

Well I'm finally back from Cabo San Lucas where I not only got married but also got the chance to attend Sammy Hagar's annual birthday bash at the Cabo Wabo Cantina. Check out some great photos and an awesome video from my trip.

Well after today's weigh in with Olga at Arbor Healthcare in Richland I am one pound away from reaching the half way mark of my 30 In 80 Day goal. The plan is to lose 30 pounds in 80 days and I'm cruising through the weight.

I have 2 dogs and rarely do they ever turn down a treat. But low fat dog treats come on...

Well here we are three weeks into my weight loss challenge and I've reached the half way point of my goal. I'm one week into my challenge with the help of Ideal Protein from Arbor Healthcare and man has this last week changed my life.

It happens every year you have a few too many and try to show off your pyrotechnics abilities. Never a good idea. This video says it all!
