A Hobo Crapped in Our Garbage Can

We have a tendency to attract homeless individuals onto our property. It really hasn't phased us much. They just come in broad daylight to steal old cigarette butts.

However, one person decided to take a hot steamer in the same garbage can they look for cigarettes in. Sounds counterproductive.
