Ephrata Man Borrowed a Drill by Pointing Gun at Neighbor
The alleged offender apparently borrowed a drill from a his neighbor, but what made this a crazy he did it at gunpoint.
The man was intoxicated and the victim didn't know what exactly he wanted because of his broken English, but the man then grabbed the drill and waved the gun and left.
The victim later called the police worried about public safety. When they arrived at the scene the man admitted having the gun, but said he meant to harm.
