Godsmack Drummer Shannon Larkin Says ‘Crying Like A Bitch’ Wasn’t Written Specifically About Nikki Sixx [VIDEO]

It's been talked about ever since the song was released...was Godsmack's 'Crying Like A Bitch' actually about Motley Crue Bassist Nikki Sixx?

Speaking to "Interviews From The Edge" during the a stop of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, Godsmack drummer Shannon Larkin says that they came up with the song title before any of the incidents during the 2009 Cruefest tour.

"Even if he got inspired by that and wrote a couple lines, you know, the whole song isn't about Nikki, I can tell you that. I cant speak for Sully Erna's lyrics, but like I said, I'm not gonna sit her and lie and say no it's not about Nikki..." "Since day one, before the tour, Nikki and him [Sully Erna] just were like oil and water, and hey man that's just how it goes."
