A woman from Graham Washington was found passed out behind the wheel of her car while she waited to pick her kids up from school in the parking lot. The child's teacher walked the student to the car and found the mother allegedly passed out and obviously impaired. They called the police and paramedics when the mother got agitated according to reports. She had a blood-alcohol level of 6 times the legal limit and had to go to a hospital for observation.

The child was taken to a family friend and the mother was charged with DUI with a blood-alcohol content of .461 and .466. The limit for Washington State is .08.
